VacationPads reserves the right to remove posts within our Community that violate our Terms of Service. VacationPads also reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's account based on Terms of Service violations.

If you find a post that you consider offensive or inappropriate when browsing or searching our Community, please refer to our Terms of Service to determine if you think the post actually constitutes a violation.

If you strongly feel that a message violates our Terms, simply click the "Report this post" link associated with every message in the VacationPads Community. You'll be asked to fill out a short form asking for details of the post and your reasons for reporting the post.

We thoroughly investigate all reports of abuse and take appropriate action following our investigation. However, there is no guarantee that we will actually remove a message or suspend a user. We handle each of these issues on a case-by-case basis.

If you file an Abuse Complaint, we may or may not respond to you following our investigation. Please be certain that all reports of abuse are reviewed and acted upon if necessary.
