There are several reasons why you may not have received your registration email containing the account confirmation code:
- Your email may currently be setup with spam controls that are rejecting emails from VacationPads. Check your junk mail or bulk mail folder and see if the email from "isis@vacationpads.com" is there.
- There could be massive delays in receiving this email because of network traffic or unavailability.
- Your inbox may be full and new mail may not be successfully delivered.
Please try the following recommended actions:
- Request that VacationPads resend your registration email.
- If you use an email service that restricts your mailbox size, check to see if your inbox is full. You may need to delete some existing emails in order to receive new ones. If you think that this was the cause and you cleaned out your inbox, request VacationPads to resend your registration email.
- If you have spam controls setup, check to see if your VacationPads email is stored in the bulk mail or junk mail folders.
- AOL/CompuServe users: Go to your Mail Controls ensure that your mail is setup to receive emails from the Internet. After changing your Mail Controls, request that VacationPads resend your registration email.
- Wait up to 24 hours in the event that there are delays in delivering mail to your mailbox. Although we send account registration/confirmation emails immediately, VacationPads does not control your mail system, and our email may not be instantly delivered by your mail provider.
- If all else fails, you may want to re-register.
