VPG500 errors are issued whenever something isn't quite working right with our system. They can be issued at any part of our site, and are logged internally on our side. We periodically check our logs for these types of errors, and will work swiftly to correct any problems that we find.
Being a brand-new Internet business, we expect new users and members to stress the system in ways that were not pushed during our pre-release system tests. If you're receiving one of these errors and it's preventing you from performing a critical task (such as creating a listing!), you can send an email to support@vacationpads.com describing the error you're receiving and what you were doing when you received the error. This will help us expedite a resolution to the problem.
