The VacationPads system is uniquely built around a geographic database which allows renters to search for properties in specific locations, as well as nearby areas. For this reason, it's extremely important that we find an exact location match in our geographic database for every property listed.

If you're entering a valid location you're receiving a message saying that we can't find the location, it's possible that the location does not exist in our geographic database, or that there are spelling conflicts. If you're sure that you have the name of your property's town/city absolutely correct and are still receiving errors, please continue your listing by selecting a nearby city/town and contact VacationPads Support to alert us of this issue. If we find that your desired location is missing or spelled incorrectly on our end, we'll make the necessary changes and update your listing accordingly.

If you opt to choose a temporary nearby location, you must alert VacationPads of the issue within 30 days of the listing's creation and activation. Location Change Requests may not be honored following this 30-day period.
