If you enter any value in the "Nearest... feature/attraction" field, the system will insist that you enter a distance value associated with this feature/attraction. If a particular feature/attraction is not relevant for your property, simply leave the "Nearest... feature/attraction" field completely blank; do not enter things like "N/A", "Unknown", or "Not Applicable" into this field for irrelevant features/attractions!
