You have the option of defining rates for your property by "rate season" or by entering a free-text description of your rates.

In order for the rate calculation feature for your listing to function, you must provide your rate information by "rate season" in your listing; rate information entered in the free-text section is not understood by the Rates Calculation Engine.

To provide for automatic rate calculation, you must edit your listing to define rates according to rate season.

Please note: If your property is unavailable or you'd prefer to have renters contact you for rates during a particular season, simply select the appropriate button specifying these qualifications during rate season entry. If a renter requests a rate calculation during these periods, the system will advise the renter appropriately.
