As a property owner, you can send guests your listing's Feedback Key via a Feedback Invitation. The Feedback Key allows guests to leave public feedback on your listing's Guest Feedback page.
To send a Feedback Invitation, do the following:
- Login to your account at http://www.vacationpads.com/v/p/login.
- Click the link "Feedback Key Management" in the orange member toolbar
- At the bottom of the Feedback Key Management page, select the listing you'd like to work with and click the "Next" button.
- Choose whether you want to use the Global Feedback Key or a Single-Use Feedback Key. If you want to send an invitation using the Global Feedback Key, click the "Send Feedback Invitation" button in the Global Feedback Key section. If you want to use a Single-Use Feedback Key, click the "Create a New Key" button in the Single-Use Feedback Key section and follow the online instructions for creating this key. Following Single-Use key creation, you will be returned to the main Feedback Key Management page for your selected listing; click the "Send" link next to the new Single-Use feedback key you created.
- Complete the Feedback Invitation form
- Click the "Send Invitation" button!
Please note: You do not have to send guests a Feedback Invitation in order for them to leave feedback for your property! You can simply give guests the Feedback Key directly via a telephone call or your own private email!
