In order to post feedback messages in the Guest Feedback section of a particular listing, you need two things:
- The property's Property ID
- The property's Feedback Key
The Property ID is found on the left-hand side of every page in the property's listing.
The Feedback Key is a unique identification code that must be provided to you by the property owner/manager. If you haven't yet stayed at the property but have a confirmed booking, be sure to ask the property owner/manager for this key during your rental negotiations. If you've already stayed at a property, you can request a feedback key by clicking the "Write a review" link in the property listing's Guest Feedback section. You must be a member and logged in in order to request a feedback key.
The property owner/manager is under no obligation to provide this key to renters, so it's always best to request this feedback key prior to actually staying at a property.
