- Use double quotes around words that are part of a phrase

- Specify words that must appear in the results by attaching a + sign in front of the required words
Example: feedback +keys
- Specify words that should not appear in the results by attaching a - sign in front of the words to exclude
Example: hawaii beaches -maui
