4 star resort Condo for fixed New years week at base of Heavenly Valley ski hill in Tahoe

This is a 4 story, 4 star resort with indoor pool, hot tub, restaurants and all the amenities in which I own a deluxe suite for a fixed new years week. Availability for this year is Dec30 to Jan 06/06. The resort is called Tahoe Seasons, and is within walking distance to the Heavenly Valley Ski Hill chair lift/entrance. This is considered a lock off unit on the top floor, such that there are 2 seperate but identical units with adjoining entrances (for parties up to 8 people, check if both suites are available). Each unit sleeps 4 people with seperate bedrooms. There is a utility kitchen as well as a large hot tub inside the units. The rooms at the resort rent for $265 per night in this holiday season, and I am asking $200 per night or $1400 for the week for each unit.
