RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL REQUIRE PAYMENT OF RENT IN FULL
ALL advanced reservations require a non-refundable guarantee amount of one night's rent or $200.00, whichever is greater, due within 5 days of making reservation. The remainder of the rent must be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival. For HOLIDAY rentals, rent must be paid not later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Checks returned for NSF or any other reason are subject to a $50 charge.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Please call in advance for late or Sunday check-in to make special arrangements. Only fully paid reservations will be entitled to late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Extended check out time is allowed only if the unit is not booked at day of check-out. A 1/2 day rent will be charged.

Our Lake Tahoe vacation rental is located approximately one mile to the casinos and about three miles from the West's largest ski resort, Heavenly Ski Resort.
It boasts of National Forest backyards with walking trails for you and your pet, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa and clubhouse. One mile east of the trail is Nevada beach, the post office, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. To the west will take you to world-class Tahoe entertainment and casinos and a breathtaking ride up to the top of the mountain on the Gondola, providing a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe and the Heavenly valley. |
