Our brand new luxurious five bedroom vacation villa is about 10 minutes drive to the gates of Disney World and within easy driving to all other major Orlando attractions.
The house sleeps up to twelve people, is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished to a high standard. We have the latest FIOS internet wireless connection service, so you can use your laptop WITHOUT any additional charges or fees.
We have two bedrooms downstairs, Large walk-in closets and plenty of space for clothes. The house is fully air conditioned to keep you comfortable for the entire duration of your stay. Most of the rooms also have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern comforts, including coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, toaster, waste disposal, all utensils, microwave etc. in fact, almost everything that will make your stay convenient and enjoyable.
Private swimming pool and a hot tub will give you a leisurely soothing relaxation after your excursion during the day.
The community also provides a tennis court and a children's playground.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa/garage in any area whatsoever. However, smoking outside on the patio area is permitted, please use the ashtrays provided.
Liability
The Owner and the DOBTY Management of the property accept no responsibility for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. The use of all accommodations and amenities including the pool is entirely at the user~{!/~}s own risk. Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times when using the pool. The Owner and the Property Management cannot accept responsibility for the sudden failure of villa equipment but will take immediate reasonable action to rectify any such failure upon notification by the guests. If the pool heater cannot reach optimum temperature due to adverse cold weather conditions the Owner or the Property Management cannot accept liability. |
