Quiet and secluded. We are located "up on the hill" in the Skyline Subdivision, and yet only 5 minutes from the Kenai River and Soldotna. If you enjoy seeing wildlife right outside your door, then you will be delighted with our location!!!
We are near the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge which is home to over 177 bird species, 30 mammals, and 15 fish species.
We are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Soldotna in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to take morning strolls and leisurely hikes to some of the nearby trails.
