Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit will be required with the balance payment and returned within 30 days of departure.
Property Damage and Missing Items: Properties are subject to inventory prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests will be responsible for any broken or missing items detected after guest departure. You will be notified and those charges will be itemized and charged from your security deposit authorization.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made before 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellations within 30 days of arrival unless house can be re-booked. |

| This house offers a large fenced yard on a quiet family friendly street. There is also a big back yard with a small family of squirrels living in the large pine tree. The squirrels can be seen anytime of the day eating nuts and playing on the fence. We are located very close to an indoor ice skating ring and also just 4 minutes to tubbing and 1/2 a mile to the beaches. |
