Welcome to our brand new, six bedroom, four bathroom, 3000 square foot non-smoking, private vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort. You cannot find a closer resort community to Walt Disney World - only two miles and less than a five-minute drive away with a direct view of Disney. This home was completed in April, 2007.
Enjoy the upscale decor which includes only the finest home furnishings. The yard includes an extended screened lanai with a private pool and spa. Enjoy watching the fireworks from Disney while on soaking in the pool!
Living Room
The family room includes a 35" cable TV with DVD/VCR combo and Playstation 2 with games. For your convenience, movie rentals are also available on-site in the clubhouse. 8 T.V.'s in the home all with DVD players.
Kitchen / Dining Area
There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that has 12-place setting crockery and cutlery sets. The dining area seats 6 with 2 further stools at the breakfast bar. Granite and stainless.
Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refridgerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, cookware and and much more. There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer in this area. Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided.

Pool Area
Outside there is a covered lanai ideal for outdoor dining. This leads onto the block paved deck area and superb fully screened pool which can be heated at additional cost if desired (recommended between Nov. and Mar.). Our pool area is private where a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers are provided. Screened pool area.
Game Room
Located in the garage the game room has a pool table, air hockey, and Ping Pong.

| Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, ping-pong tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family!
