Playacar's newest luxury condominium complex, Paseo del Sol, has 65 Condos. The complex says 'luxury' when you enter the opulent reception area and look out over the longest pool in Playacar. The pool is the focal point of the property. It has a water feature, beach entry, kid's pool area, and even a 'swim against the current' feature for exercise.
There are 65 two and three bedroom condominiums in four, three-story buildings. The grounds are large grassy lawns dotted with palm trees. A long swimming pool with a bridge over the center and a water-jet/fountain feature is the first things guests see as they walk through the reception and out onto the landscaped grounds.
All the condominiums are fully air conditioned and furnished according to the individual taste of the various owners.
