Vista Mare is the quintessential beach house. This beautiful cottage sits directly across the street from the gulf along Scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach. Sit on the porch and enjoy the incredible gulf views or take a stroll along the beach. There is a beach access directly across the street from this home. This house has just been completely remodeled in 2008 to give it a fresh feel.

Vista Mare sleeps up to 10-12 people. There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen in one of the guest bedrooms. The other guest bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds with double beds on the bottom and twins on the top.There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are outfitted with televisions along with the living room. The home is stocked with a dvd collection and board games for those rainy days. The home is finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and granite counter tops throughout. It has been professionally decorated by a local design company. Vista Mare is outfitted with wireless internet for those of you who have to work.

This area of 30A is well known for it's laid back lifestyle yet is close to shopping and restaurants. Take a ride and enjoy the community of Rosemary Beach or over to the new Pier Park in Panama City Beach. This location is perfect whether you are looking for peace and quiet or looking to get out and have some fun!
