Every listing is issued a unique "direct internet address" (in the format http://www.vacationpads.com/listings/your_property_id), free-of-charge, that is easy to remember and convenient to your potential renters. You will never have to worry about complicated web addresses that are difficult to remember and issue to your friends!

Don't have time to create a property listing during a single sitting? No worries! If, at any time during the process, you are interrupted and cannot complete your listing, simply logout and return to the site when you have time. The listing creation process is based on a "commit-and-continue" feature, whereby as long as you click the next button following each step, your information will be saved allowing you to pick up where you left off. All incomplete listings are saved to your account and are displayed by your Listing Manager as "in-progress" listings.

The old standard of emailing pictures to a webmaster and waiting up to 7 days for the pictures to appear on your listing has been eliminated! VacationPads Picture Management System eliminates the need for you to email photographs of your property in order to have them appear on your listing. The picture upload process works in real-time, and automatically resizes your images and generates thumbnail pictures of your property photographs. The Picture Management System is easy to use, allowing you to choose property photographs stored on your computer and upload them to our site via a quick two-step process.

And since you're likely to get new pictures of your property down the road, the Picture Management System allows you to replace and add new photographs to your listing at any point while the listing is not expired.

The VacationPads Listing Manager makes it easy for you to organize and maintain your property listings. The listings display matrix shows you all active, inactive, expired and in-progress listings in your account, with click-through links for each allowing you to perform relevant listing-related actions. Whether you want to renew your listing, upgrade your listing package, temporarily deactivate an active listing, view listing statistics, or finish a listing-in-progress, the VacationPads Listing Manager provides you with the tools you need to make online listing management simple and fun.

What happens if a potential renter attempts to contact you and your email system is not functioning properly and you can't receive emails? Don't worry! If a potential renter contacts you via the Contact Form available for every listing, the inquiry information is automatically backed up and stored with VacationPads, allowing you to access your messages anytime and anywhere from the VacationPads.com member section.

Guest Feedback is the backbone to successfully managing and renting your vacation rental properties. The Feedback Manager allows you to review and respond to feedback left for your properties, leave feedback for properties you've stayed at, and review feedback that you've left for other properties.

Guest Feedback allows your renters to voice their opinions, and encourages property owners to maintain a level of professionalism and honesty. Since vacation rental properties are typically individually owned and managed, we are working to elevate the standards of trust and confidence in the vacation rental industry.

Feedback is based on a system of feedback keys which you issue to renters after they've booked and paid for their rental. This helps to prevent the possibility of irrelevant or false feedback that can be left on other sites with unsecured, open-ended feedback systems.
