An availability calendar will be displayed for your listing, and potential renters will be able to view availability for the associated property.

The maximum number of pictures you may upload for a listing in the associated package without additional charge.

If you wish to add more pictures to your listing, you may do so at the rate of $0.00 per additional picture. The maximum number of allowed pictures for any listing is 12 pictures.

For group packages, you may be able to replace listings in the package with other listings. The number of times that you are able to replace active listings with other listings is indicated above. If you replace the maximum number of active listings within a given term, you will not be able to remove or replace listings in the package until one week before the listing's expiration date.

The length of time that the package and associated listings in the package are valid for. Listings will expire and must be renewed after this amount of time has passed. Note: For group listing packages, all listings in the associated package will expire by the amount listed in the term column based on when the first listing in the package was created; it is recommended if you choose a Group Listings package that you create listings in the package soon after package creation.

Indicates whether this package may be upgraded to packages offering greater benefits after the package was originally purchased. To view the upgrade options for any package, click on the package name link from the tables above.

Listing packages marked with this icon are free-of-charge. You will not be asked to enter any payment information during checkout for free listing packages; this is our way of welcoming you to VacationPads! Please note: Each member is permitted to sign up for a free listing as a one-time courtesy. After you have used your free listing, you will not be permitted to sign up for subsequent free listing packages. (Note: This restriction is waived during our Grand Opening! Members will be free to create as many free listings as they like as we celebrate the Grand Opening!)
