The VacationPads Refund Policy applies to all paid-for listing packages.

If at any time during the 30-day guarantee period you are not completely satisfied with your experience, simply contact us and we'll refund 100% of the amount paid for your listing package product. The guarantee period begins from the time your listing is created and activated.

Refunds are processed accordingly:

• For purchases by credit card, refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase
• For purchases by check or e-check, refunds will be issued by mail in the form of a refund check

Special promotional advertisements, such as Featured Property and Deals/Last Minute Specials advertisements, are non-refundable and are not covered by this warranty given the short-term nature of these advertisements.
