We've spent alot of time and capital developing a vacation rental website that helps owners better manage their vacation rental business. We built the system in anticipation that we will one day convert to a subscription-fee-based service. However, any listings that are created during our Grand Opening celebration will remain free-of-charge through the listing's expiration (the expiration date is based on the type of package you select). If your listings are up for renewal and we have not yet converted to a fee-based service, we will automatically renew your listings for another free term!

As far as what rates to expect in the future, we have not yet determined a pricing structure as we do not expect to convert to a paid-for service anytime soon. Rest assured that we will strive to be competitive in our industry.
