| Community Message Boards Acceptable Use Policy |

| The VacationPads community is designed to as an interactive forum for its members. Our community contains a series of message boards where people can exchange ideas and information in order to foster enthusiasm in vacationing and vacation rentals, provide support, learn about VacationPads and its services, and make new friends. |
| The Community Message Boards are provided to all users who have read and accepted the Terms of Service agreement and Community Message Board Guidelines (below) that govern this Site. |
| The following guidelines provide a code of conduct that is expected of all members and users who utilize the community features of the Site. Abiding by the guidelines will provide our community with an informative, educational and enjoyable experience. |
| ENTERING ANY MESSAGE BOARD WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE COMMUNITY MESSAGE BOARDS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND/OR THE GUIDELINES GOVERNING MESSAGE BOARD USAGE, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE. |
| Required User Registration and Acceptance of Terms of Service |
| While all users of the Site are able to browse and read the messages posted in the VacationPads community, you must be a registered user to post messages and contact other community members. In consideration for your use of the message boards, you agree to (1) abide by the Guidelines for Use of the Community Message Boards, (2) provide VacationPads with accurate information during the user registration process, and (3) maintain and update your user profile information as necessary. Users who violate the Guidelines for Use of the Community Message Boards or provide inaccurate or false registration information are subject to account suspension or termination. VacationPads, at its sole discretion, may permanently ban any user from utilizing our services if we deem that you have breached these agreements. |
| You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree that you will immediately notify VacationPads of any unauthorized use of your account password by sending an email to accounts@vacationpads.com. VacationPads shall have no liability for losses or damages arising from your account or failure to comply with these requirements. |

| Guidelines for Use of the Community Message Boards |
| Messages posted in the community do not reflect the opinions or beliefs of VacationPads. You are solely responsible and liable for all activities you perform in the community, including the posting of messages, links, files, photographs, music, sounds and other information and materials. VacationPads is not responsible for any information posted by VacationPads members. |
| Listed below are some, but not all, violations that are cause for immediate post removal, warning, and account suspension or termination. VacationPads reserves the right to remove posts and suspend or terminate accounts without any warning or advance notice at its sole discretion. |
- Posting material that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature;
- Posting material that is harassing, embarrassing or distressing to other community participants, users, individuals or entities;
- Posting material that is hateful, vulgar, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Posting material that is copyrighted or trademarked without the express permission of the intellectual property owner;
- Posting advertisements, promotional information, or other forms of solicitation;
- Invading the privacy of individuals or entities by posting contact information such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses or other private information, either for yourself or other individuals or entities;
- Refusing to abide by the instruction of VacationPads staff;
- Impersonating VacationPads officials or staff or any other community member by using confusingly similar community handles or other devices;
- Making repetitive posts or other actions that interfere with the normal use of the Site or negatively affect other participants;
- Using JavaScript or any other coding that interferes with the normal use of the Site or negatively affects other participants;
- Violating applicable local, state, federal or international laws, either intentionally or unintentionally; and
- Posting feedback for registered VacationPads property listings.

| Any transmitted materials shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of VacationPads, and VacationPads shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any material you transmit in any message board. Without limitation of the foregoing, VacationPads shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the posted materials and shall be entitled unrestricted use of the materials for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider, author or owner of the material. |
| You agree to indemnify VacationPads for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising as a result of your transmittal of materials in the community message boards. |
