| Listings and Related Advertising Services Policy |

| All listings and related services ("Related Services") purchased for your listings, included but not limited to Deals/Last Minute Specials Advertisements and Featured Property Advertisements, are expected to contain only accurate and factual information. The guidelines described below outline acceptable practices for advertising properties with VacationPads. The
purpose of these guidelines is to provide a safe, informative, and trustworthy environment for all members and visitors to this Site. |
| Listing Eligibility |
| You are not permitted to create listings or Related Services for products or services not related to your vacation rental properties. Only owners or authorized representatives of properties, such as property management agencies, are permitted to advertise properties on this Site. Further, you must be able to legally rent the properties you advertise. |
| Property owners and/or authorized representatives of a property are solely responsible for property maintenance and adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal housing and rental regulations. |

| Listing and Related Services Content |
| You must accurately describe your property and conditions of rental in your property listing and must not be deceptive nor misleading. Your listing and Related Services may include only text, graphics and pictures directly related to the property featured in the listing. |
| Collection of Information |
| During listing creation or Related Services signup, information is collected on forms specifically designed to catalog and organize details of your advertisement. You must only enter information into form fields that is relevant to the section of the form being completed. |
| JavaScript |
| You are not permitted to use any form of JavaScript or any other programming language or code in your listings or Related Services. |

| Free Listings and Other Services Offered at No-Charge |
| Any promotion for services offered by VacationPads for No-Charge or Reduced-Charge may be cancelled at any time without advance notice. In the event that such promotions are discontinued, any service subscribed to prior to the discontinuation will be fully and completely honored to the extent of the original agreement. |
| Listings subscribed-to during free-trial periods may be rolled-forward for another free term (the length of which is determined by the original subscription) if VacationPads has not yet converted to a fee-based service upon the listing's original expiration. There will be no cost, either current or future, for this complimentary roll-forward. |
| Membership at VacationPads.com is completely voluntary and at-will. There is absolutely no obligation to continue beyond free trial periods. |

| Rental Inquiries |
| As a convenience, we provide Contact Forms for each property advertised on the Site. The Contact Forms collect relevant rental information and send rental inquiries to the email address registered in your account. VacationPads shall not be responsible for undeliverable emails nor delays in your receipt of these emails for a variety of factors including, but not limited to, undeliverable email addresses, site outages, server malfunctions, or ISP restrictions. |
| You are responsible for defining all other contact procedures, such as published telephone numbers, regarding potential rental inquiries for your properties. Please remember that any contact information you provide is publicly available and accessible to any user on the Internet and there is always a potential for misuse of this information. |

| Multiple Same-Property Listings and Bulk Listings |
| Each listing must contain information that is pertinent to a single rental property. Unless permitted by your property's listing package, you may not swap or change properties for a given listing advertisement for any reason. |
| "Bulk" listings - individual listings advertising multiple properties - are not permitted under any circumstances. |
| In the spirit of fairness, you are prohibited from creating multiple active listings that advertise the same rental property. For rentals containing multiple occupancy units, you may create individual listings for each unit. |

| Transfers |
| Each listing is valid for a single rental property. Once a listing has been created and activated, the listing may not be changed or transferred to a different rental property. |
| Each listing is specific to an individual property owner or management entity. In the event that a property is sold or transferred to a different property owner/management entity, the associated listing may not be transferred to the new property owner/management entity under any circumstances. |

| Ownership |
| All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics and pictures, you provide in your advertisements becomes the property of VacationPads and may not be copied nor distributed without express written permission from an authorized VacationPads representative. |
